Pricing questions
What counts towards the AI allowance?
Each customer-facing message generated by the AI uses one unit, including a draft you do not send. Regenerating a draft uses another unit. Internal classification calls and failed generations do not count.
Can I still respond myself?
Yes. Both modes let you receive enquiries and reply manually.
What happens in off-season mode?
Your records and settings stay available, and you can continue communicating with clients manually. AI draft generation and automatic replies are paused.
Who manages my seasonal mode?
FrostDesk administrators assign in-season and off-season mode. Your settings show your current mode and any scheduled change.
How does the free trial work?
The free trial ends for all accounts on 1 November 2026, 00:00 UK time, regardless of signup date. Accounts created from that time require payment to use operational features. Set up a payment method to authorize automatic renewal every 30 days after the trial. You can cancel in billing settings.
What happens after 300 AI messages?
AI message generation pauses until the next 30-day allowance. You can keep replying manually. There are no automatic overage charges.
